For dinner that evening, Marie Antoinette brought us through the gardens to the French Pavilion. Just beyond it, tucked away, was a smaller building, bathed in moss green. The building blended into the scenery around it, although it was drastically different than the buttery marble of the French Pavilion. 

Inside what we learned was considered the “cool” pavilion, was our dinner. There were hundreds of candles lit, illuminating the room in a lovely gold. 

Laughter was our companion as we nibbled at sweets and meats and beautifully created food sculptures well into the evening. 

Welcome to A Summer at Versailles. An all tonals collection inspired by the palace estate and the Queen who made it infamous. What Diverse Enthusiasms is a gentle mossy green.

All skeins are hand-dyed with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please note that while all skeins are dyed together, every skein of yarn is unique and there may be some slight variation between them. After dyeing, all yarn is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, a small amount of color bleeding may still occur during the first wash.  

For best care, please gently hand wash in cold water with a wool wash and lay flat to dry. Store yarn in an area away from direct sunlight to help maintain color.

The wool used in this yarn is ethically produced from sheep that have NOT been mulesed.
