The Sun King's Palace - PREORDER

Time has no meaning as we lounge and frolic through the world of Versailles. Was it days or weeks ago since we slipped into the gardens and stumbled into the past? I cannot say. 

But all adventures must come to an end. One day, we took the long trek back to the main palace, which feels so far away from the Trianons and the Queen’s Hamlet. It was then, walking into the palace, that we were jolted back into the present. 

We looked around, startled by all of the tourists that are in Versailles now. The Queen is gone, but we remember. There’s little nods to her even here, in the Sun King’s Palace. The gold is everywhere and somehow feels more stark now than it did in the past, but just as luscious. 

It is sad to leave this place behind, but hopefully we shall always remember our time with Marie Antoinette during our Summer at Versailles.

All skeins are hand-dyed with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please note that while all skeins are dyed together, every skein of yarn is unique and there may be some slight variation between them. After dyeing, all yarn is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, a small amount of color bleeding may still occur during the first wash.  

For best care, please gently hand wash in cold water with a wool wash and lay flat to dry. Store yarn in an area away from direct sunlight to help maintain color.

The wool used in this yarn is ethically produced from sheep that have NOT been mulesed.
