One of your favorite parts of autumn are the rainy days. Sure, sunny days are great for going to the pumpkin patch or walking through the newly fallen leaves, but the rain? Oh, there’s something joyous about precipitation.

The gray clouds contrast against the changing leaves in a way that brightens them. The oranges are vivid, and in return the gray seems to come alive as well.

The pitter patter of rain falling on the roof, and the tinkling it makes against the drying leaves… how can it not soothe your soul? To sit by the window with a cup of tea listening to the rain sounds like a perfect afternoon. Only until you get restless and decide to put on your rubber boots to go jump in a puddle or two instead!

Pluviophile is a variegated yarn made up of different shades of orange and gray with a little brown mixed in.

All skeins are hand-dyed with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please note that while all skeins are dyed together, every skein of yarn is unique and there may be some slight variation between them. After dyeing, all yarn is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, a small amount of color bleeding may still occur during the first wash.

For best care, please gently hand wash in cold water with a wool wash and lay flat to dry. Store yarn in an area away from direct sunlight to help maintain color.

This yarn is PREORDER only. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for the turnaround time.
