Using fingering weight yarn on a US7 needle, this shawlette works up quickly and creates a whimsical lightweight piece perfect for summer. ~ Alternative: This pattern uses an entire skein of yarn. Since 400 yard skeins of fingering weight are also common, you could use one if you have a mini skein to use for the bind off.
