You wake up when it’s still dark outside. As you sit up in bed and put your glasses on, you see the shadows lightening through your window. It’s early, but not too early.

As you go through your morning routine, you put on a pot of coffee. It’s brewed by the time you grab a mug. With coffee in hand, you slip outside. Everyone else is still asleep. This is one of those perfect moments just for you.

As you sit on your porch and sip your coffee, you are greeted by the slow ascent of the day’s sun. You catch the blue-gray wisps of clouds as they transform into a cotton candy sky. They stand out as so cheery in their pastels compared to the jewel tone hues of the autumn trees around you. As the sunrises, the world blends together into a symphony of color.

Aurophile is a blend of mauves, pinks, gold, blue-gray, and burgundy.

All skeins are hand-dyed with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please note that while all skeins are dyed together, every skein of yarn is unique and there may be some slight variation between them. After dyeing, all yarn is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, a small amount of color bleeding may still occur during the first wash.

For best care, please gently hand wash in cold water with a wool wash and lay flat to dry. Store yarn in an area away from direct sunlight to help maintain color.

This yarn is PREORDER only. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks for the turnaround time.
